On the eve of the 20th anniversary of the Independence, young citizens of the capital received a gift - a facility, unique for its beauty and technical innovation - schoolchildren's Palace of Nur Sultan. The building of the Palace is located in the southern part of the capital. The Palace was built near to the residence of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Ak-Orda, Baiterek, and a natural picturesque park, Bauerzhan Momyshuli. The total area of the four-story building is 61 724.6 sq.m.
This wide scale and unique project, that has no analogue, is built on the basis of the latest innovative technologies and the newest architectural solutions. In spite of the creative approach in the construction of the building, it preserves national character, which can be seen in the multiple ornaments and in the dome - Shanyrak, which unites the whole palace.

The concept of the schoolchildren's Palace is built and operates according to following directions: "Science city", "Techno park", "City of the future", "Diplomatic corps", "City of Masters", "Pedagogical workshop", "Champions league". Schoolchildren's Palace opens great opportunities for future generations of the country.

Techno park: In the framework of the innovative technologies of "Techno park" section such platforms as technical modeling and designing, alternate energy, nanotechnology, robotics, ship modeling, motor modeling, observational astronomy, radio electronics etc. were created. Accessible form of teaching, application of the newest technologies in the field of visual effects and simulation facilitates development of cognitive interest to the technical art.

Champions league: The goal of this sector is to raise interest among schoolchildren to health promotion by way of creating of sports and entertainment sections, such as rhythmic gymnastics, figure skating, hockey, basketball, track-and-field athletics, taekwondo, judo, karate Goju-ryu, kazaksha kures (kazakh national wrestling), togyzkumalak, tennis, etc. This is where the future champions of the country, engaged in classical and national sport, are brought up.
