 In Oskemen, the construction of a new mosque began in October 2009 and was completed in August 2012. It spent 1 billion tenge million tenge for the construction of the mosque, of them 300 million tenge provided by the UAE. The new mosque became a pearl complementing of the architectural ensemble of the East Kazakhstan city center. It is the third largest in Kazakhstan after the mosques "Khazret Sultan" and "Nur Nur Sultan".

The total area of the site is 1.9 hectare. The mosque is built in the classical Islamic style with traditional Kazakh ornaments and decorative elements, it consists of 5 floors.

The main element of the architectural composition of the mosque is the prayer hall with the mihrab, oriented towards Mecca. There are 4 minarets 63 meters high, symbolizing the years of Prophet Muhammad’s life.

The height of the inner dome is 24 meters. The total area of the carpet, including balconies, was 4000 sq.m. The area of the carpet of the main hall is 2500 sq.m. There are installed 56 sconces, 24 balconies, 5 ceilings and one central chandelier. The height of the central chandelier is 7 m, diameter - 5 m, weight - 2.1 tons.

The mosque is decorated with 6 domes. The height of the main dome is 45.4 meters, covered with a stainless sheet, sputtered titanium oxide nitride, which have a specific bright blue color. The interior is made in the traditional Islamic style and the decor uses geometric and floral patterns, hand-painted on tiles sputtered with gold.

The capacity of the mosque is 3000 seats. The mosque houses a 500-seat katykhana, prayer halls for men and women, a bathing room, a library with a reading room and offices for mosque employees. In front of the entrance to the prayer hall is a hall with a vestibule. There are two passenger lifts with a carrying capacity of up to 1000 kg, a speed of 1.0 m / s.

In front of the main facade is a sty lobate 4.68 m high, there is a parking lot and a ramp for the low-mobility groups of the population. The walls of the mosque and the minaret, the portal of the main entrance are faced with a dark red granite.

The guard of the sty lobate stairs and the fenders are made of a metal coating of dark bronze with brown spraying, stained-glass windows and window blocks are made of brown plastic. All doors are made of solid oak.
